PLEASE NOTE:

During the hot spell we cannot guarantee your cheese will arrive at a chilled temperature even though we have added more frozen blocks to the box.  As soon as the cheese arrives at destination please put straight into the fridge.  We would suggest you consume the cheeses more chilled rather than bring to room temperature again.  However, please think carefully before ordering during this hot spell.  

CHEESE

• Golden Cross | Sussex, Goat, Unpasteurised - 1 unit (225g) - A dense, fudgy log-shaped goat's cheese similar in style to the French Sainte Maure de Touraine.
• Winslade | Hampshire, Cow, Pasteurised - 1 unit (230g). This cheese has been designed as a meeting point between Vacherin du Haut-Doubs and Camembert.
• Winchester | Hampshire, Cow, Pasteurised (200g) - A cross between a strong cheddar and a sweet classic gouda.
• Devon Blue | Devon, Cow, Pasteurised (200g) - A rich, loose textured and slightly crumbly cheese.
