Artisan cheese goes on a journey as it ages, and it can change from day to day. A good cheesemonger knows how to recognise the signs, and can see when their cheeses are coming into their peak, and need to be eaten right away.
Our Cheesemonger’s Choice Board contains cheeses that our cheesemonger’s have noticed are in particularly good condition. It will be chosen just for you on the day of dispatch. For this reason we can’t say in advance what you will get.
Minimum weight 750g. Board will contain 3-4 cheeses.
PLEASE NOTE:
During the hot spell we cannot guarantee your cheese will arrive at a chilled temperature even though we have added more frozen blocks to the box. As soon as the cheese arrives at destination please put straight into the fridge. We would suggest you consume the cheeses more chilled rather than bring to room temperature again. However, please think carefully before ordering during this hot spell.
