The grapes are picked at night and soft pressed to preserve the aromatic and luscious style with abundant white fleshy fruits and citrus scented herbs. A perfect aperitif wine or match with sushi, grilled fish, hard and soft ewe milk cheeses. ORGANIC WHITE
