A glorious natural wine with freshness on first impact but also a buttery richness too. The grapes are left on their lees to give depth and also a full expression of the vine. There is a slightly roasted profile to the taste that perfectly matches the Pinot Gris grape aromas. A lovely wine for fish, sushi style raw dishes, lighter style cheeses and even crumbly young blues.
