Roussette de Savoie is the local name for the Altesse grape. This cuvee, named after the Quenard's daughter, Anne-Sophie, who has joined the winemaking team. The grapes come from 25 year old vines on clay-limestone soil. The wine is vinified and aged in 600-litre tanks for 12 months on lees.
This wine pairs perfectly with Beaufort Chalet D'Alpage, our signature cheese, which also comes from Savoie.
